Contech is a ConstructionTech hub.
We build a unique ecosystem connecting startups, construction industries, contractors, software companies, regulatory bodies, policymakers, and investors. We’re turning Israel into a global ConstructionTech hub using innovative technology, the local market, and the Israeli entrepreneurial spirit.

ConTech invites startups from the ConstructionTech and PropTech industries to apply to the 7th batch of ConTech Incubator.
This year the incubator program is being promoted in collaboration with Reality Proptech which will lead the field of PropTech in the incubator.
At Reality Proptech - investors in early-stage startups that have the potential to change the real estate market in many areas that touch the worlds of real estate, among them - Proptech, Sustainability, Fintech and more.
and help accelerate start-ups at an early stage, bring innovative technologies to the market, expose real estate investors to the technological potential and more.
Another partner of the incubator program is Pearl Cohen Zedek Letzer Beretz (Pearl Cohen) - an international law firm of lawyers and patent attorneys made up of local sister partnerships with offices in Israel, the USA and the UK.
The members of the program will benefit from the firm's professional multidisciplinary approach, legal and business support and will receive advice in a wide range of fields: commercial law, intellectual property and patent law, in lectures and consultation hours.
Program’s goal: To connect startups with the construction and real estate industries, assist with product-market fit and connect with local and global investors
Duration: The program is expected to begin in May 2024 and to last 4 months.

Expert support: Methodology and tools for product validation, helping you in tailoring a suitable solution to the customer's needs, connecting to relevant customers for a joint
project/pilot.
Introductions and networking: Links and connections to local and global industry
players, international investors and various players in the construction industry (GC’s, developers, landlords, material manufacturers, construction equipment corporates, architectural/engineering firms, infrastructure companies and more).
Introduction to forums of senior managers, participation in industry events, presentations at various conferences and events of the Association of Builders, and exposure to global delegations. Usage of ConTech's global ConstructionTech and PropTech network.
Workspace: Startups participating in the program will be invited to a weekly meeting at Contech's offices for a full working day that will include a lecture or workshop, a personal meeting and a group brainstorming session. Working together with other startups from our
ecosystem enables mutual learning and cooperation on both professional and business aspects.
Mentoring: The program provides startups with dozens of hours of mentoring in various fields:
